The Okuyi mask portrays the Punu ideal of feminine beauty. The face represents a naturalistic female portrait that displays sensitivity and serenity. This mask bears a single lobed coiffure, half closed eyes and linear scarification. The mask is danced by men on 6-10 foot stilts at public festivals and occasionally at funerals.
